Founder and CEO of MissRepresentation.org the social action campaign arm of Miss Representation (the film). MissRepresentation.org is driven by the belief that all people should be equally represented in media and advertising, that our voices should be heard and that we should be valued for our talents, capacity as leaders and ability to contribute to the world at large.

In her role of as former first Lady of San Francisco Jennifer was dedicated to empowering women and young people, whether it be through encouraging economic independence, healthy lifestyles, positive self-esteem, or providing the most vulnerable individuals and families with the services they need most. Jennifer has been both inspired by and lent her support to the following local organizations:
